I haven’t paid much or any attention to Coldplay’s most recent release Viva la Vida, but friend of mine shared with me her experience at their concert in Chicago and showed me the performance of one of the songs from the album “Lovers in Japan”. I was totally blown away! The song itself is beautiful, but as she put it, it’s the background video that is most important… it really makes the song soar (I just love archival footage). Really great, uplifting, cinematic energy. Check it out!
